Goal: Show us you know how to braise a protein, make a sauce (remember, the sauce is usually made from the braising liquid), and choose and cook appropriate accompaniments. Remember to garnish.

  • 1 or 2 plated dinners made from protein of choice with sauce, and appropriate accompaniments.
